Muchachos, amigos de la verdad!!, llegó fin de año y con las fiestas se estila regalar algo importante. en este caso un gran regalo tengo para todos ustedes, si!, la fórmula de la coca cola...la de verdad, sigue las indicaciones que te doy y vas a ver lo sorprendente...no te va a dar pepsi, ni big, ni red cola...la verdadera...la posta.
Vamos al grano, primero y principal, y esto fué un detalle que me di cuenta yo solito...la gran diferencia de la coca cola con el resto de las bebidas de su estilo (cosa que no dicen) es que lleva un buen porcentaje de toronja, o como se le conoce en otros paises, pomelo,para los de habla alglosajona...grapefruit.
aca van las medidas...
para un litro de la mejor bebida cola
1. 850 cm3 de agua carbonatada
2. 3 cucahradas soperas de azucar refinada (para la versión light o de dieta, tres sobrecitos de canderel)
3. 30 cm3 de jugo de toronja
4. Citrato de cafeína, en jarabe
5. Una cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
6. Dos hojitas de coriandro
7. Aceite de canela media cucharadita
8. Nuez de cola, dos
9. Tres hojas de coca machacadas
el procedimiento arranca por mezclar la cafeína con el agua, hervirla hasta que se oscurezca un tanto el líquido, cuando llega al punto de hervor de comienzan a esparcir los demás elementos que funcionan fundamentalmente como un aromatizante...
UNa vez que esta todo integrado, se deja reposar dos horas y se lo tamiza con un lienzo....luego se enfría y se procede a carbonatar el agua...
Si querés con lo que te queda en el tamiz, se pueden hacer caramelos que cuando estas deprimido levantan un poco...
bueno espero que lo hagan y cualquier dificultad me escriben...
se que no es muy profundo, pero quizás es tiempo de ponerse un poco más trivial
creo que algunos se colgaron con el tema de que me tienen que escribir sus preguntas...pero bueno, puedo entender que siendo fin de año la gente este con pocas ganas...pero ponganse las pilas.
